Leslie Horn
After almost 30 years in the industry, Leslie started Nashville Luxury Travel with Jennifer Martin. From planning fabulous girls’ trips to France and Italy and family ski trips to Switzerland, to exploring India and learning to play polo on an elephant, nothing is out of the ordinary for Leslie! Leslie has traveled to India, Nepal, Argentina and has extensively explored the Caribbean and Mexico. However, her one true love is Italy, and Leslie knows what it takes to craft an unforgettable, Italian experience!
‘Luxury travel, personalized’ is what to expect with Leslie, whose mission is to deliver her clients’ itineraries with impeccable execution, out of the box suggestions, and hassle-free planning. Leslie always delivers extensive, hands-on research to find the most authentic experiences a country has to offer - like riding a helicopter to the top of a mountain for a picnic, complete with champagne and a view of Mount Everest. She strives to not only work with her clients, but to treat them like friends. Communication is a vital component that she believes is key to truly understanding her clients’ desires, and turning their dream vacations into reality.
Leslie attended college at Mississippi State University and also studied abroad at Oxford University in England. Leslie was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, and after living in multiple different states with her husband and two children, she came back to the Volunteer State and settled in Franklin. When she isn’t working or traveling, Leslie loves spending time with friends and family, tailgating with the Mississippi State Bulldogs, and watching her husband, who plays music on the side, around Downtown Nashville.
Jen Martin
Jen teamed up with Leslie Horn to begin Nashville Luxury Travel after running her own travel business several years prior. Travel has been a passion of Jen’s since she was young, making this career path come simply and instinctively. With each trip she would plan for herself, friends, and family, Jen realized she had an honest enthusiasm for the job. Once she discovered the incredible benefits and features she could offer, Jen decided to pursue her passion and became a travel advisor!
Jen excels as a resort specialist and takes pride in picking the perfect resort for each client, knowing every resort has their own personality that should be matched to each traveler. Jen strives to know her clients confidently enough to find the resort she believes will significantly enhance their vacation; believing that hotels are more than just a place to sleep at night, but a home away from home. Jen has also developed a clear niche for experiential travel. Peru, the Galapagos, and her most recent obsession, Africa, have been Jen’s absolute favorite trips! Jen loves getting to know her clients, partnering with them to create the perfect journey, unforgettable experiences, and not just one trip of a lifetime, but a lifetime of extraordinary trips. Jen’s creative planning tactics in doing just that cannot be topped outside of NLT.
So far, Jen has made it to five continents and over 36 countries. Jen graduated from the University of Kentucky and now lives in Brentwood with her husband and three boys. She loves to read, play tennis, and naturally, to travel with her friends and family!
Kim Flores
Kim joined the Nashville Luxury Travel team in 2018. She has always believed in the adage that travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer, so after a successful career in the Fashion Industry, she became a Flight Attendant for Northwest Airlines, where she traveled extensively before starting her family.
While raising her family, Kim spent many years as an accomplished charity event planner, volunteering her home, time and creative skills to raise thousands for various causes. Now, at NLT, she incorporates her event planning talents into each and every trip she organizes. Kim relishes in discovering the fabulous excursions, fine perks and details that will transform each client’s trip into a unique trip of a lifetime.
Group travel is one of Kim’s specialty areas. Whether it’s for a large family, or a group of Spring Break travelers, she has the skills, connections and experience to bring a diverse group of travelers together for incredible collected adventures. She’ll often accompany the larger groups to provide specialized concierge service.
Kim’s favorite destinations include the Maldives, Greek Isles, and most recently, Croatia. Belize, Turks and Caicos, Cancun, and Punta Cana are on her list of favorite Caribbean destinations.
Kim is a native Tennessean, graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing. She lives in Franklin with her two teenage boys and has a daughter at the University of Tennessee.
Emily Sibley
Emily has been extremely passionate about world travel from a very young age. After earning her degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, and International Studies, she spent a year living in Italy & traveling all through Europe living like a local, and came back with knowledge, expertise, + lots of stories! She returned to Nashville to begin her career as a luxury travel advisor and social media specialist.
Emily has been planning personal travel for herself and her entire family for 10+ years, creating elaborate and detailed itineraries, and finding all the unique and authentic experiences in each location! When she came across the idea of curating these types of experiences for others, she jumped at it and has not looked back since!
Honeymoons, romantic getaways, European adventures, + girls trips are her areas of expertise. She knows exactly what you are looking for when planning that romantic trip with your person! No matter the occasion for travel, she has the attention to detail, drive, and passion it takes to ensure her clients have incredible experiences no matter where they go.
Her favorite destinations include Italy (of course), Greece, Africa, Amsterdam, + the Caribbean. When she’s not in the office, you can find her at a coffee shop with her husband, studying Italian, dreaming up her own vacations, and spending time with her friends and family.
Amberley Dough
Amberley believes that money is best spent on experiences and creating memories with loved ones. She has a strong passion for travel and loves sharing that passion with her clients.
With over a decade of experience working in the event planning industry, Amberley is able to understand and work with any client’s vacation desires and align those with the right hotel, guides, and excursions across the globe. With a strong focus on family and group vacations, Amberley loves the challenge of creating experiences that can cross over age gaps and bring loved ones together.
Always eager to step out of the known and into the excitement of new places and new cultures, Amberley’s favorite destinations have been a stay on a private beach in Hawaii (where she said “Yes!”), exploring Ireland, sailing around Greek islands, and trekking across Europe.
Amberley is a native, small-town Tennessean who moved to the big city of Nashville 15 years ago after a short stint of living in Chandler, AZ. She lives in Nashville with her two energetic boys, two cats, and her loving husband Robert.
Madeline Aldridge
Meet Madeline! Beginning at a young age, she has always been enamored with all the places the world has to offer. Growing up as an Atlanta Native, she learned to maneuver the Atlanta Airport like a pro. As college graduation was quickly approaching, she was eager to find her place within the workforce, while doing something she was passionate about. After graduating with a degree in Marketing and Business Management, she started her career as a hotelier. After gaining experience to understand both sides of the business, she quickly became obsessed with planning her friends and family trips and made the leap to become a Luxury Travel Advisor. When she is not planning your next dream trip, you can find her cuddled on the couch with her Golden Retriever, Honey!

"Being able to play a small role in creating a life lasting memory, is something I will never get tired of." The planning process does not stop once you arrive at your destination, it continues upon your return home. Madeline's favorite trips to work on include an element of the dolce vita. This ranges from a milestone anniversary trips, to a multi gen family holiday! Anything from the relaxing yacht trip through the BVIs, to a culinary adventure through Italy and France Truffle hunting, or an African Safari to die for during the Great Migration! She always tries to build in time to just be. Some of the most favorite moments can come from the unexpected. If one is too tied to a schedule, they might not allow themselves time to soak it all in.

Ally Murphy
Ally is a born traveler. Her wanderlust began at age 5 when she moved with her family to Brazil. Inspired by her experiences hiking through the Amazon rainforest and sampling all sorts of new dishes like piranha soup, Ally is determined to experience all the world has to offer. She’s so passionate about all there is to see and do, she wants to help everyone else explore too!
Ally has traveled to 24 countries and 30 states. During her explorations she has honed in on food as one of her deepest passions while abroad. While still a self-described novice, she loves to shop for, cook and eat what the locals eat. In addition, harkening back to her treks through the jungle, any and all outdoor adventures are definite musts. She will delight in planning the perfect trip to all the main attractions, but if you really want to experience a new culture through shopping, cooking or crafts, Ally will make it happen too.
Among the many places she has visited, Europe is Ally’s go-to continent. Having studied in both Rome and London, the jump across the pond is like going home. In fact, Italy is home to some of Ally’s family. But Asia and Africa both await - Japan and a southern African safari are next on her bucket list.
Ally grew up in Rock Island, Illinois before studying International Economics and Commercial Real Estate at the University of Notre Dame. She’s currently living in downtown Nashville, loving Music City serving as her gateway to the world.
Jennifer Allison
Jennifer’s love of travel started at a very young age with family trips to tropical islands and hasn’t let up since! She believes that “the business of life is the acquisition of memories” and the best way to get those memories is by traveling to experience new places and cultures. After graduating from Auburn University with degrees in Biology, Sustainability, and International Studies, she spent a year living in Europe and traveled from country to country staying with locals. During this time, she soaked up everything around her and experienced the authentically beautiful parts of every country she visited. After returning to the States and working as an event planner for the City of Virginia Beach, she decided she needed more travel in her life and began her career with Nashville Luxury Travel!
While Jennifer loves all types of travel, her area of expertise is sustainable travel and earth-friendly destinations. Whether it’s spending two weeks of relaxation at an eco-resort in Indonesia or a thrilling hiking trip through the Peruvian mountains, she wants you to come back with as many memories as possible!
Jennifer’s favorite destinations are Italy, Scotland, Sweden, and the Yucatan. When she’s not planning trips or traveling herself, you’ll probably find her out in nature hiking, camping, or gardening, and if it’s winter, snuggled up inside with her dog reading a good book.
Zandra Neal
Zandra assists Leslie at Nashville Luxury Travel. She is originally from Kentucky but has lived in Tennessee since 1993. Zandra graduated from MTSU with B.S. in Education, and she was a classroom teacher for over 15 years.
Zandra lives with her husband and son in Nashville. She loves to travel with her family, and has enjoyed many vacations, both domestic and international. Some of her favorite destinations have been in Europe, including Germany, Amsterdam and Italy and many places in the US. She looks forward to encouraging her son to experience the world.
Sara Fogelberg
Sara was born, raised, and has spent her whole life in Nashville, TN. She joined the Nashville Luxury Travel Team in February 2020, as Jennifer Martin’s assistant.
She joined the team after having spent the previous 12 years assisting her husband run his engineering consulting firm. After taking a brief break from the work place she was given the incredible opportunity to join NLT, and assist Jen with juggling the moving parts of all things travel for her clients. From pricing and insurance to concierge service scheduling, from the beginning, to the end, she will have had a hand in your trip! Rest assured, Sara has learned the ins and outs of the travel business and if Jen is out of the office, she has you covered!
