Jen Martin
Jen teamed up with Leslie Horn to begin Nashville Luxury Travel after running her own travel business several years prior. Travel has been a passion of Jen’s since she was young, making this career path come simply and instinctively. With each trip she would plan for herself, friends, and family, Jen realized she had an honest enthusiasm for the job. Once she discovered the incredible benefits and features she could offer, Jen decided to pursue her passion and became a travel advisor!
Jen excels as a resort specialist and takes pride in picking the perfect resort for each client, knowing every resort has their own personality that should be matched to each traveler. Jen strives to know her clients confidently enough to find the resort she believes will significantly enhance their vacation; believing that hotels are more than just a place to sleep at night, but a home away from home. Jen has also developed a clear niche for experiential travel. Peru, the Galapagos, and her most recent obsession, Africa, have been Jen’s absolute favorite trips! Jen loves getting to know her clients, partnering with them to create the perfect journey, unforgettable experiences, and not just one trip of a lifetime, but a lifetime of extraordinary trips. Jen’s creative planning tactics in doing just that cannot be topped outside of NLT.
So far, Jen has made it to five continents and over 36 countries. Jen graduated from the University of Kentucky and now lives in Brentwood with her husband and three boys. She loves to read, play tennis, and naturally, to travel with her friends and family!
Kim Flores
Kim joined the Nashville Luxury Travel team in 2018, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep passion for travel. She firmly believes in the adage that "travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer," a philosophy that has guided her throughout her career.
Before joining NLT, Kim enjoyed a successful career in the Fashion Industry. She then transitioned into the role of a Flight Attendant, where her love for travel and adventure flourished. After starting her family, Kim shifted focus to raising her children, but continued to channel her creativity and organizational skills into charity event planning. Over the years, she volunteered her time, home, and expertise, raising thousands of dollars for various causes.
At NLT, Kim combines her event planning expertise with her passion for travel, ensuring every trip she organizes is truly unique. Whether planning a honeymoon, group getaway, or girls' trip, Kim’s attention to detail and commitment to creating memorable experiences are evident in every journey. Her true passion, however, lies in curating perfect family vacations—transforming them into once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Kim’s favorite destinations include the Maldives, the Greek Isles, South Africa, and most recently, Croatia. In the Caribbean, she particularly loves St. Lucia, Turks and Caicos, and Antigua.
A native Tennessean, Kim graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing. She currently resides in Franklin, TN, and is the proud mother of three adult children.
Emily Sibley
Emily has been extremely passionate about world travel from a very young age. After earning her degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, and International Studies, she spent a year living in Italy & traveling all through Europe living like a local, and came back with knowledge, expertise, + lots of stories! She returned to Nashville to begin her career as a luxury travel advisor and social media specialist.
Emily has been planning personal travel for herself and her entire family for 10+ years, creating elaborate and detailed itineraries, and finding all the unique and authentic experiences in each location! When she came across the idea of curating these types of experiences for others, she jumped at it and has not looked back since!
Honeymoons, romantic getaways, European adventures, + girls trips are her areas of expertise. She knows exactly what you are looking for when planning that romantic trip with your person! No matter the occasion for travel, she has the attention to detail, drive, and passion it takes to ensure her clients have incredible experiences no matter where they go.
Her favorite destinations include Italy (of course), Greece, Africa, Amsterdam, + the Caribbean. When she’s not in the office, you can find her at a coffee shop with her husband, studying Italian, dreaming up her own vacations, and spending time with her friends and family.
Amberley Dough
Amberley believes the most meaningful luxury is time spent experiencing the world with the people you love. With a deep passion for travel and an eye for thoughtful detail, she specializes in crafting highly personalized journeys throughout Europe, with a particular expertise in Ireland, Italy, France, and Spain.
With more than a fifteen years of experience in hospitality, event planning, and client experience, Amberley brings both creativity and precision to every itinerary she designs. She is known for creating seamless, elevated travel experiences tailored to each client’s style, whether that means a multigenerational family vacation through the Italian countryside, a month long itinerary across Asia, or a private yacht journey through the Croatian islands.
Her approach to travel planning is deeply relationship-driven. Amberley takes the time to truly understand her clients, allowing her to pair them with exceptional hotels, guides, experiences, and hidden gems that feel both effortless and unforgettable. Her clients value not only her destination expertise, but also her calm guidance, attention to detail, and insider industry connections.
A Tennessee native, Amberley now lives in Nashville with her husband Robert, their two sons (ages 19 and 10), and their cats. When she’s not planning travel, she’s usually dreaming about her next European adventure.

My name is Laura Hill, and I have dedicated a significant portion of my career to the music industry and event production. Given my background, transitioning into the role of a Luxury Travel Advisor has been a natural progression for me at this stage of my life. I am truly passionate about this work, as it allows me to create memorable experiences for clients by arranging exquisite destinations and accommodations around the world.
Marilyn Priest
With roots in Greensboro, NC, Marilyn Priest is a passionate travel planner whose journey has taken her from the heart of the South to the enchanting streets of Amsterdam, all while connecting people to memorable experiences. After earning her degree in Public Relations from the University of Tennessee Knoxville, she moved to the vibrant city of Nashville, TN, where she developed a deep understanding of how to connect with people in the Public Relations field. In 2024, she made the bold decision to relocate to Amsterdam for a year with her husband.
Their time abroad was focused heavily on exploring the world, during which they visited 20 countries together, rounding off with a month spent in Southeast Asia. This transformative experience sparked Marilyn's transition to a career in travel, leading her to join a Dutch bespoke travel agency during her time in the Netherlands.
With a keen eye for European travel, Marilyn has developed a deep understanding of what travelers seek. Her expertise enables her to craft unique itineraries that highlight the best of each destination, ensuring clients discover hidden gems and breathtaking landscapes that resonate with their personal travel styles.
Throughout her life, Marilyn has always been drawn to nature and the mountains, finding solace and inspiration in the great outdoors. Her adventures have helped her connect with diverse cultures and lifestyles, enriching her understanding of the world and the people in it.

Caroline Burnside
Caroline has always believed that travel is one of the most meaningful ways to connect with the world, with others, and with ourselves. Some of her most treasured memories have been made while traveling with friends and family, which is why she feels truly honored to help others create unforgettable moments of their own. She is passionate about curating journeys that expand horizons, deepen connections, and bring people together in remarkable destinations.
Before joining Nashville Luxury Travel, Caroline graduated from the University of Tennessee with degrees in Psychology and Spanish. She then spent two years traveling full-time across the United States as a Leadership Development Consultant for Pi Beta Phi. This experience strengthened her adaptability, logistical expertise, and ability to build meaningful relationships; these skills now allow her to craft seamless, personalized itineraries for her clients.
As a Luxury Travel Advisor, Caroline thrives on designing bespoke itineraries that combine sophistication with cultural immersion, ensuring each trip is not only extraordinary but deeply enriching. While it’s difficult to choose a single favorite destination, South Africa holds a special place in her heart, from the awe-inspiring safari experiences to the breathtaking coastline of Cape Town and the charm of the Winelands.

Zandra Neal
Zandra assists Kim, Emily, and Amberely at Nashville Luxury Travel. She is originally from Kentucky but has lived in Tennessee since 1993. Zandra graduated from MTSU with B.S. in Education, and she was a classroom teacher for over 15 years.
Zandra lives with her husband and son in Nashville. She loves to travel with her family, and has enjoyed many vacations, both domestic and international. Some of her favorite destinations have been in Europe, including Germany, Amsterdam and Italy and many places in the US. She looks forward to encouraging her son to experience the world.
Sara Fogelberg
Sara was born, raised, and has spent her whole life in Nashville, TN. She joined the Nashville Luxury Travel Team in February 2020, as Jennifer Martin’s assistant.
She joined the team after having spent the previous 12 years assisting her husband run his engineering consulting firm. After taking a brief break from the work place she was given the incredible opportunity to join NLT, and assist Jen with juggling the moving parts of all things travel for her clients. From pricing and insurance to concierge service scheduling, from the beginning, to the end, she will have had a hand in your trip! Rest assured, Sara has learned the ins and outs of the travel business and if Jen is out of the office, she has you covered!
