Punta de Mita

Welcome to Punta de Mita!

Emily + Amberley spent the last week at the Conrad Punta de Mita + checking out the area. 😍🌴 Entry requirements couldn’t have been easier - just grab your passport and go! No testing or vaccine is required to enter Mexico! You will be given two forms on the plane to fill out & voila! You’re all set! Now — let’s dive it to all we got into this week!

Day One

Welcome to Conrad Punta de Mita - a stunning property located in Punta de Mita, Mexico 🌴🇲🇽🌮 Just an hour or so drive from the Puerto Vallarta airport! 3 pools, 3 main restaurants, 1 pool bar restaurant, 4 bars, an incredible spa, beautiful spacious rooms, and authentic experiences. Currently offering a 4th night free promo 🤍😍 Now is the time to book that flight and check out Punta de Mita! Day one we spent gettting there + settled and finished the night with an agave tasting!

Day Two

We kicked off the trip with a beautiful breakfast at Arbol - with some of the best food I’ve had! (Try the green juice + chilaquiles and thank me later!) After a site visit of the property, we got to partake in the Zarandeado Experience at Conrad! Definitely a must for food lovers. It starts off with fresh coconut water + a Mexican ceremony where you make a wish / prayer / intention + staple it to the tree! Then just relax on the beach while the chefs prepare fresh fish from the local fishing village right there in front of you! Such a cool experience - highly recommend it! After that - I headed to the spa! The spa is definitely a unique experience with beautiful outdoor pods, pools, showers, etc. As well as indoor saunas and steam rooms!

Day Three

Boat day 🛥 !!! One of the best things to do on the coast of Riviera Nayarit - BOATING! Whale watching, snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding, etc 🙌🏼 definitely a fun experience for those looking for some adventure!

On our way back to the hotel we stopped in to Sayulita - a cute surfer town full of authentic handmade art! The people here are so kind. We definitely recommend checking out the local towns when staying at a beach resort. It’s such a cool way to get to know the area + it’s people! What a day - one I’d like to hit rewind on over and over!

Day Three

We spent today bopping around Punta de Mita to check out some more properties!

Up first - Four Seasons Punta Mita , and boy do we love it 😍 The villas here are next level… perfect for families that want to have their own space, but with access to all the amenities of a resort. Not to mention the views are INSANE from all angles. Whether you’re floating in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, or the upstairs bedroom. Great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, salad bar + more will keep you full and happy! Fun feature - a super long lazy river that your bartender will find you on to replenish your drink! Now THAT is good service 🍹

Up next — St Regis Punta Mita! Probably one of the best beaches we have seen so far, with waters that are so blue! Did you know that the St Regis hotels are responsible for inventing Bloody Mary’s? That’s a story for another time ;) This is also a great property to host events, meetings, and weddings with lots of areas able to be sectioned off for events or gatherings.

Last, but certainly not least — One + Only Mandarina is a nature lovers luxurious home away from home. With quiet and intimate villas that boast views of the jungle + ocean and private plunge pools, combined with the vast amount of activities and amenities offered through the resort - you get the best of both worlds! O&O boasts some of the best views we have seen, yet… It has multiple pools, a beach club, sunset bar, great food, privacy, a polo club with lots of horses/polo matches/bar!!! This property is very spread out, but all easily accessed by golf cart. Just call your host and within 15-20 minutes you will have a ride anywhere on the property! They have so many options for your kiddos to stay entertained as well. The kids club is huge, and comes with endless activities, a large jungle play set and even a butterfly garden!

The last day we begrudgingly packed our bags + headed back to the Puerto Vallarta airport to head home… :( What an absolutely incredible trip in an even more incredible destination. The Riviera Nayarit coastline of Mexico is stunning + adventurous and we can’t wait to help you experience it for yourselves!
