VIRTUOSO TRAVEL WEEK!!!
We are back in Nashville after an entire month in Vegas! Wait, did I say month? I meant week…. (which is equal to a month in Vegas, am I right?)
Jokes aside, 5 of our advisors in the office packed our bags and headed out west for a full week of networking, meetings with hoteliers / suppliers, and a whole lot of fun at Virtuoso Travel Week 2022!
For those of you who don’t exactly know what VTW is, it’s one week of the year that brings together thousands of top luxury travel professionals from over 100 countries! We get to use this time to meet with all of our industry partners - new and old!
Our favorite thing about Virtuoso Travel Week is reacquainting with colleagues and our industry partners! It is always fun to catch up and it is amazing to meet our contacts from hotels and tour companies for the first time. Email and phone calls are great, but face to face is the best!
Virtuoso Travel Week gives us the simultaneous feeling that I have been all over the place, but at the same time, haven’t even made a dent in seeing this big world.
Now grab yourself an espresso martini and let’s unpack all we saw and did this week!
Saturday and Sunday were casual formats for networking. Think football tailgating, but Vegas style - POOL CABANAS! We gathered around the Bellagio pool and got to catch up with old friends we hadn’t seen in a while, and make new connections as well! After the last few years we have had, you could see the joy on all of our faces to be back to in person events and meetings. Nothing beats it!
That brings us to Monday - Thursday. I won’t bore you with the details but as an agency we spent those four days meeting with over 480 different hotels, airlines, and tour companies… Not only did we hear about all things Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Rosewood, Belmond, etc ( I could go on forever), but we also touched base with all of the smaller, more boutique, and sometimes more exclusive, luxury brands as well!
We were the first to learn about brand new openings, renovations, updates, experiences, and so on. And guess what? That means, as our beloved clients, YOU will have the inside scoop as well!

We’re really excited for the new SHA Wellness opening in Mexico. They are a wellness retreat that specialize in preventative medicine.
Samaritaine is offering unique one of a kind shopping experiences in Paris. You can get your own stylist, have a catered meal and purchase the perfect outfit for a private guided tour of the Louis Vuitton factory.
We also thought Star Clippers sailing adventures were really unique and such a fun way of cruising for younger guests and families.
