We consult with our sales reps when booking your hotel and follow up with them before you arrive.

Let’s Talk Travel
We ask clients to fill out our trip planning form to provide us with preliminary information about the trip they want to take. We discuss the trip and planning process, either in person at the NLT office or over a chat by phone. We go over our client agreement form to determine what level of trip planning you would like.
NLT Rolls Out the Ideas
Once our client service agreement has been signed, we will send ideas and pricing. You review the options and let us know what you like, don’t like, want to see added or removed.
We Make Decisions-Together
We continue to go back and forth until we have selected the length of stay in each place, the flights, accommodations and the must do’s of the trip.
NLT Books the Trip
We secure your trip with a deposit. We don’t just book your hotel on-line, we reach out to our on-site team at the resort to make sure we are selecting the best room for you and that we have selected the rate that provides you with the most value.
Finetune the Details
Depending on your trip, we arrange every detail, such as transfers, train tickets, restaurant reservations, tickets to attractions or shows, and tours.
Final Itinerary
We send you a paper itinerary and a mobile itinerary for your phone. Our mobile app will be your favorite little trip buddy and you will never want to travel without it! With just a touch of a button, your whole trip pops up and includes all components of your trip. Every. Single. Detail. You will be so confidently organized!
FOLLOW UP
This is the secret sauce. Prior to departure, we reconfirm every aspect of your trip, flights, transfers, touring, and check in with the on-site team at your hotel to make sure they know if you need an early check in, late check out, special requests in your room and make sure you are VIP’ed in every way possible. Our goal is a flawless and delightful trip!

Yes, we do have some fees, but they vary, depending on the level of planning involved.
Complete VIP Service

Other travelers are looking for just a few aspects of trip planning, perhaps they just need flights and accommodations, or just accommodations and a few tours.
Hotel, Cruise or Group Tour Only
Many of our travelers know that when it comes to luxury hotels and cruises, our clients receive valuable perks and recognition. Beyond Virtuoso, we have partnerships with every hotel brand and cruise line in the luxury market. Guests booked through a hotel’s preferred partner program are given priority for complimentary upgrades. It matters how you book and our bookings get recognized!
Flight Only
Do we book flights only? Yes, we do. We have flight booking fees, but the good news is that on those long-haul international trips, we frequently have access to better rates, which more than pay for our flight booking fees. We are also there to help you if your flight cancels or has an unacceptable schedule change.
